PRODUCT AVAILABILITY, ORDERING & SHIPPING
Stock availability is shown under the Availability section on every product page. You will see stock levels for both our US warehouse and CN warehouse.
- USA Warehouse stock applies to North American customers.
- CN Warehouse stock applies to customers outside of North America.
If stock shows as zero, check the View Incoming Inventory tab. This will show when new stock is expected at that location.
If there is no incoming inventory listed, the product is made to order. Production usually takes 10 to 15 business days before the item ships.
Most North American orders ship from our warehouse in California.
- United States: Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days.
- Canada: Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days. All Canadian customers are shipped directly from our US warehouse in California. Carbon Imports covers all duties, tariffs, and import fees in full for Canadian and US customers.
All international orders ship from our warehouse in China. Please see the International tab for delivery times.
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to activate. Once the courier picks up your package, it may take one to two days for the status to update.
Once the tracking is live, you can monitor your package directly through the link in the email.

If your order was not in stock and is being produced, it can take up to 10–15 business days before it ships.
Once your order ships, we use the fastest and most effective shipping method available for your location and item size.
Delivery times can vary depending on a few factors:
- Item size and weight — Larger or oversized parts (such as full aero kits, hoods, or fender components) are sometimes restricted by express carriers. In these cases, we may need to use air freight or sea freight, which can extend delivery times.
- Your location — Remote areas or certain countries can have longer transit times due to limited carrier options or customs processing.
- Carrier availability — Occasionally, specific express routes may be limited. When this happens, we switch to the next best available method while still prioritizing speed.
You will be notified via email if there are any extended delivery times for your order. We always keep you updated throughout the process.

We ship to almost every country in the world. There is only a very small number of countries where we cannot ship due to courier restrictions or current regulations.

If you are unsure whether we can ship to your country, please email us at sales@carbonimports.ca before placing your order and we will confirm.
Expediting your order may be possible depending on current availability. In some cases, we can ship from a different warehouse or directly from the factory.
There is usually an additional cost, and it depends on current stock levels and production schedules.
To request expedited shipping, email us at sales@carbonimports.ca as soon as possible with your order number and preferred timeline.
Cancellations, Returns, Warranty & Damages
If your package arrives damaged, take clear photos of the damage and the packaging right away. Do not throw anything away.
Email the photos and your order number to sales@carbonimports.ca within 7 days (or as soon as possible). We will file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
You can request to change or cancel your order as long as it has not shipped and it is not a custom order.
Custom orders are non-refundable. Once an order has shipped or is in transit, cancellations are subject to a 25% cancellation fee, and the item must be returned at your expense.
Email us at sales@carbonimports.ca with your order number and let us know what changes you need. We will do our best to help before the order ships.
All returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
We charge this fee because returned items are not reshipped to other customers. We only ship new products. If a return has been opened or used, it often cannot be resold and must be scrapped.
Items must be returned in acceptable condition at the customer’s expense. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Carbon Imports provides a one-year limited warranty to the original purchaser. This covers manufacturing defects, including clear coat failure and fading.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, or environmental exposure.
Professional installation is strongly recommended.
Professional installation is strongly recommended for all carbon fiber parts.
If you choose to install the parts yourself, you do so at your own risk and discretion. Improper installation may damage the part or your vehicle and could void the warranty.
Yes. Installation instructions are included with most products. Additional installation guides and tips are also available on our website.

Yes, we offer custom finishes on all of our products.
We can produce parts in matte carbon, forged carbon, colored carbon, forged colored carbon, and forged matte carbon. We can accommodate most custom requests.

International Orders
If your order is in stock, smaller items are normally shipped via express courier and arrive in 7 to 10 business days.
Larger items such as front lips, diffusers, and similar parts are normally shipped via standard air service and arrive in 10 to 12 business days.
Delivery times can sometimes be longer depending on item size, weight, or courier availability. In these cases we may need to use sea freight, which typically takes 30 to 40 days. We always try to use the fastest method possible. If we have to switch to a slower option, we will notify you by email and keep you updated.
All international orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges that may apply when your order arrives in your country. We do not collect or pay these fees on your behalf.
We include a commercial invoice and packing list with every international shipment. These documents contain product descriptions, values, and HS codes to assist with customs clearance in most countries.
Some countries require additional documents, specific invoice formats, or certificates of origin. If your country has these requirements, please email us before or after placing your order. We are happy to prepare or provide any additional documentation needed to help your shipment clear customs.
If your package is held by customs, it is usually because additional information or payment of duties, taxes, or brokerage fees is required.
Customs will typically make multiple attempts to contact you directly. We strongly advise you to keep an eye on your tracking and respond promptly to any requests from customs.
In the final stage, if customs is unable to reach you, they will notify us. We will then contact you immediately to help resolve the issue. While we are not always notified first, we do our best to stay on top of the process so your package clears and reaches you without unnecessary delays.
We can also supply any additional paperwork required to assist with clearance.
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and dimensions. You will see the exact shipping cost before you complete your purchase.
Our shipping costs are very competitive compared to industry standards due to the various shipping methods and warehouse locations we have available. We are currently expanding our warehouse network with an additional European location to better serve our growing number of international clients.
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package.
Please note that international tracking often populates differently than domestic shipments. In many cases, the local freight carrier first picks up your package and transports it to the airport before a tracking number is generated. This initial process can take up to 7–10 days on its own.
We ship this way to keep costs as low as possible for our customers while still delivering in a reasonable timeframe.
TÜV Certification & Approvals
No. Carbon Imports does not provide TÜV certification with our products.
Many of our customers have successfully obtained TÜV approval through their local inspection centers. We can supply sample carbon fiber pieces to assist with the approval process if needed.
Yes. We can provide sample carbon fiber pieces to help with the TÜV approval process in select countries. If you require TÜV-approved parts, please email us at sales@carbonimports.ca with your country and the products you’re interested in. We’ll let you know what we can provide to support your approval.
We are currently working on obtaining DTC approval for Switzerland. This approval is expected to be available in the coming months.

Duties, Tariffs & Fees
- United States: No, you will not be charged any tariffs or customs fees.
- Canada: No, you will not be charged any tariffs or customs fees.
- International (outside US & Canada): Yes, standard customs duties and import fees may apply depending on your country.
Carbon Imports covers all duties, tariffs, and import fees for both United States and Canadian customers.
We are currently absorbing these additional costs ourselves due to ongoing tariffs and fees. US and Canadian customers will not be charged anything extra at delivery for duties or tariffs.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by their local customs authority.
These are standard customs charges that apply to international shipments. Carbon Imports does not cover these fees for orders outside the United States and Canada.
Payment Methods
We accept all standard payment methods through our Shopify checkout, including:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Shop Pay
We also accept wire transfers. If you prefer to pay by wire transfer, please email sales@carbonimports.ca and we will send you our banking details.
Orders are released for processing once full payment is received.
Affirm and Afterpay are currently available for U.S. customers only. We are working on expanding these options to additional countries.
Yes, we offer military discounts upon verification.
Please email sales@carbonimports.ca with a copy of your valid military identification, and we will provide you with the discount code.
